Prior to Fallback, Rhian already worked with another ABS-CBN actor, Piolo Pascual.

They top-billed the 2015 film Silong, which was also distributed by Star Cinema.

"Ayun it’s a unique opportunity. I feel lucky for it and am hoping to do more."

Rhian clarified that she hasn't done any Star Cinema-produced film in the span of her 12-year career.

"This is the second time that I'm having a movie released and distributed by Star Cinema.

"I’ve never been in a movie produced by it so I don’t… I've never met the creatives yet or anything like that."

She answered with a laugh, "Everytime I go here, parang field trip siya!

"I keep looking around, ayun namamasyal-masyal ako dito."

WORKING WITH ZANJOE. Both Rhian and Zanjoe admitted that it felt awkward when they shot their first scene for Fallback, since it was the first time that they worked together.

In fact, Rhian said that they did not have any previous encounters prior to their story conference that was held last August.

The GMA actress said during the November 7 presscon held at the 9501 restaurant in ABS-CBN, "Yung storycon lang. Never, not even passing each other, wala kahit anong interaction."

Zanjoe believes that their awkwardness helped their first scene together.

The Kapamilya actor elaborated, "Yung maganda kasi sa story, awkward sila so sakto kasi yung mga first scenes namin medyo awkward kami kais nga mag ex na nagkita ulit.

Rhian added, "E, exes naman in general, medyo awkward at maraming hindi sinasabi, parang marami silang hindi sinasabi so sakto."

In the story, Rhian plays Michelle, a location manager whose relationship with her boyfriend (Daniel Matsunaga) is on the rocks.

She is encouraged by her friends to look for a second option, and she chooses her ex-boyfriend Alvin (Zanjoe) as her fallback.
