James Reid and Nadine Lustre's Never Not Love You and Sarah Geronimo's Miss Granny are just two of the movies that will be shown in 2018.

A mix of various genres and love stories will be seen on the big screen this 2018.

ABS-CBN has just released the list of some of the upcoming films that moviegoers can look forward to this year.

First on the list is the comedy film ANG DALAWANG MRS. REYES, starring Judy Ann Santos and Angelica Panganiban.

The movie is about two wives (Angelica and Judy Ann) whose relationships with their respective husbands are on the rocks.

They discover that their spouses, played by JC De Vera and Joross Gamboa, are closeted gays and are having an affair.

Judy Ann and Angelica's characters formed a beautiful friendship as they try to mend their broken hearts.

The film, helmed by Jun Lana, is scheduled to hit cinemas on January 17, 2017.

For her part, Anne Curtis will top-bill the action flick BUY BUST.

In this film directed by Erik Matti, Anne is set to play an anti-drug operative.

Anne underwent rigorous training for the action scenes in the film.

Sarah Geronimo and James Reid have also started filming the romantic comedy flick MISS GRANNY.

The movie, an adaptation of a 2014 South Korean film, features Sarah as an old woman who will find herself in the body of her 20-year-old self.

The film is directed by Joyce Bernal, who teases the press with the idea that Sarah will have a kissing scene in the movie.

She said, "Meron, pero hindi ko alam kung kanino, kasi tatlong lalaki yun, e."

Movie stills were also released for the upcoming movie NEVER NOT LOVE YOU, starring the love team of James Reid and Nadine Lustre.

The film serves as their comeback on the big screen after their 2016 film This Time.

The report from the ABS-CBN news program TV Patrol also mentioned films which it said were already in production or were rumored to happen this 2018.

Piolo has also completed shooting for his Lav Diaz movie PANAHON NG HALIMAW, with Shaina Magdayao, which was shot in Malaysia.

New incarnations of two epic movies are also slated to be shown this year: DARNA starring Liza Soberano and PEDRO PENDUKO starring James Reid.

A sequel to Vhong Navarro's movie Mang Kepweng Returns, titled MANG KEPWENG PART TWO, is also in the works.

Bea Alonzo and Charo Santos-Concio are also set to start shooting their horror movie EERIE directed by Mikhail Red.
