Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil are set to return to the big screen this 2019.

The LizQuen love team will top-bill a still-untitled movie, which will be produced by ABS-CBN Films' Black Sheep and Project 8 cor. San Joaquin Projects.

The new project was announced last Friday, October 26.

The movie, dubbed as "The LizQuen 2019 project," will be written and directed by Antoinette Jadaone.

This marks the first time LizQuen will be doing a project with Antoinette.

Liza and Enrique's last movie together was the 2017 Valentine presentation of Star Cinema, My Ex and Whys.

This movie allowed them to be crowned as the Box Office King and Queen during the 49th Box-Office Entertainment Awards held by the Guillermo Mendoza Memorial Scholarship Foundation in May 2018.

Liza is also currently working in the newest adaptation of Darna, which will be directed by Jerrold Tarog.

Enrique was supposed to be part of the cast, however, he was pulled out from the project.
