Aquaman's Jason Momoa and Amber Heard to visit Manila this 2018

Aquaman stars Jason Momoa (in photo) and Amber Heard will attend two events when they visit the Philippines this December.


Aquaman's Jason Momoa and Amber Heard will be meeting their Filipino fans when they visit the Philippines this 2018.

The Hollywood stars will be attending the Asian premiere of Aquaman in Manila to be held on December 11.

Jason and Amber will also be participating at a Fan Event to be held on that same day.

Director James Wan, best known as the director of The Conjuring 1 and 2, Insidious 1 and 2, and Furious 7, will also be coming to the Philippines.

Aquaman is scheduled to open in Philippine cinemas on December 13, 2018.

Jason plays the title role in Aquaman, a film revealing the origin story of half-human, half-Atlantean Arthur Curry.

Amber is cast as Mera, a fierce warrior and Aquaman’s ally throughout his journey.

Oscar winner Nicole Kidman also stars in the film as Atlanna, the mother of Jason's character named Arthur.

Aside from the Philippines, China is the only other Asian country that is part of the global tour.

November 18 – Beijing: Film Footage Screening and Fan Event

November 26 – London: Live Stream World Premiere

December 1 – New York City: Fan Event

December 11 – Manila: Asian Premiere and Fan Event

December 12 – Los Angeles: Live Stream U.S. Premiere

December 14 – Miami: Press Day

December 18 – Gold Coast: Australian Premiere

December 19 – Sydney: Fan Event

December 21 – Hawaii: Special Event Screening
