The 2018 Metro Manila Film Festival Parade of Stars is taking place today, December 23.
It is hosted by the city of Parañaque, which is celebrating its 20th year of cityhood.
Based on the announcement of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), the MMFF’s organizer, Dr. Santos Avenue (Sucat Road) going to St. Rita Avenue will be closed to traffic.
The parade, which officially kicks off at 1 pm, will start at Shopwise in Sucat, and pass through Dr. A. Santos Avenue.
The floats will then turn left on V. Medina Avenue (Kabihasnan), turn right on Quirino Avenue, turn left on Naia Road, turn right on Macapagal Boulevard’s eastbound lanes, and end on Bradco Avenue.
The awards night will take place on December 27 at The Theatre at Solaire. MMFF 2018 will end on January 7, 2019.
