Those who lived through the '90s would remember Hanson as the three little boys who sang "MMMBop."
Fifteen years later—brothers Zac, Isaac, and Taylor return to the country with a new album dubbed Shout It Out, a CD-signing event courtesy of PolyEast Records and Astrovision/ Astroplus, and a concert.
Buy a copy of the CD, and meet the three guys up close on March 29, 6:00 p.m., at The Block SM North EDSA, and on March 31, 2:00 p.m., at SM Cebu.
The new album, which debuted at #2 on the US Billboard Independent charts, is led by the soul-inspired single "Thinking 'Bout Somethin'" and the smash follow-up "Give A Little."
It is a breezy, sun-kissed collection of 12 hook-heavy, brass-indebted rock songs—which includes the opener "Waiting For This," the groove-based "Kiss Me When You Come Home," gospel-influenced "Carry You There," cool and easy "And I Waited," catchy and distinctive guitar riff of "Give a Little," jazzy "Make it Out Alive," piano ballad "Use Me Up," laid-back "These Walls," upbeat "Voice in the Chorus," and the vocal-driven "Me, Myself and I."
PolyEast Records will also release Hanson's The Best of Five CD+DVD, a collection of the band's live performances of their singles, released over the last 13 years.
Fans can now buy the album at all major record outlets or download the songs at www.mymusicstore.com.ph.
