The Voice of the Philippines semi-finalist Morissette Amon’s debut concert This is me… Morissette held at the Teatrino last May 30 showcased the young diva’s powerful vocals.
In the almost two-hour-show, the ASAP regular belted out her own renditions of hits of some of the most popular international and local divas.
She opened the show with "Best of My Love" (by The Emotions), which basically prepared the audience for a show of splendid vocals.
The young diva paid tribute to Alanis Morissette, who is the inspiration behind her name, by performing "Ironic "/ "You Learn" in her signature diva way.
She then dedicated Regine Velasquez’s "You Are My Song" to her very supportive mom Analee. In the concert, the young diva also belted her own version of Regine’s "Narito Ako."
She also traced her “singing contest” roots by belting out her favorite contest pieces—"Follow Your Dream" and "Listen."
Morissette also performed a medley of Katy Perry hits such as "Part of Me," "Roar," "Teenage Dream," and "Fireworks."
Other outstanding songs she performed were "Jar of Hearts," "Love On Top."
Morissette also performed live her version of "Moon of Desire," which she interpreted for the ABS-CBN series.
Popstar Princess Sarah Geronimo congratulated Morissette even before the start of the concert, which had Jon Vera Perez as musical director and Audie Gemora as show director.
