Ogie Alcasid, Angeline Quinto, Jett Pangan and other OPM artists featured in MuSIKATin concert at the Philippine Arena

MuSIKATin: Musikang Sikat Sa Atin will be held on February 20 at the Philippine Arena. Performers include Ogie Alcasid, Hajji Alejandro, Rey Valera, and Miss Vernie Varga.



Ogie Alcasid gathers the best OPM stars in order to perform classic OPM songs in the biggest dome in the world. The Singer-Songwriter spearheaded MuSIKATin: Musikang Sikat Sa Atin, which will be held on February 20 at the Philippine Arena.

This concert is a celebration of the biggest Original Pilipino Music from the last five decades, featuring the best love songs, folk, rap, rock and roll, novelty and dance musi, that have made their way into pop culture.

The organizers promise two hours of pure Filipino passion by The Singer/Songwriter and his stellar line up: Mr. Hajji Alejandro, Mr. Rey Valera, Michael V, Angeline Quinto, Lovi Poe, Solenn Heussaff, Gloc-9, The Dawn's Jett Pangan and Miss Vernie Varga.

Ogie says about this upcoming musical extravaganza, "It's an honor and a privilege to be given the change to stage MuSIKATin at the largest dome in the world, for one night, we pray tribute to the music of the Filipino nation."

Musical Director is none other than the Maestro of Philippine Music himself, Ryan Cayabyab, who will lead a full orchestra.

Overall concert director is Paolo Valenciano, the son of OPM legend Gary Valenciano, and the youngest A-list concert director, responsible for many of the most successful and most spectacular shows in the last two years.

MuSIKATin will be staged on Friday, February 20, 8 pm at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan.
