It’s Over Now," "Points of View" (duet with Pops Fernandez), "Yakapin Mo Ako," "Memories," at "You Threw It All Away."
ANNA IN LOUIE'S LIFE
“Her name was Anna. That’s why I have this song 'Anna' [isa sa mga hit song ng Apo noong dekada ‘80].
“I was 23 years old, but please don’t crucify me for what I am going to say… it’s because she was 15 years old," nakakagulat na pagbubunyag niya.
"But I believe kasi na once in a person’s life, mababaliw ka, and I think that was what happened to me.
"What’s the word? Head over heels. I will do anything. I was really baliw!
“And then, there was a time I had to leave for the States [for the concert tour] with Music & Magic and Kuh Ledesma. I think I was the musical director.
“I was sad. I didn’t want to go and be away from Anna for two weeks. At that time, long distance [calls] pa. Collect call or whatever… talagang maghuhulog ka ng bente-singko o whatsoever.
“Fast forward, I went on to that tour. Every day I call her.
"On the day I was going home, sa San Francisco airport, tawag ako, 'I miss you. I’m gonna see you soon. I love you!’
“Huling tunog niya, hindi siya sumasagot.
“Sabi ko, 'Why are you quiet?'
“Ang sabi niya, ‘I don’t love you anymore!’
“'Haaa? Teka… how can that be? What did I do? How can you say just like that? Tell me, what did I do? Why? Why?'
“And then, ‘Paging Louie Ocampo, you’re asked to board.’
“Sabi ko, ‘When I get home, I’m going straight to your house…' Sa eroplano, hu hu hu! Iyak ako nang iyak."
Pagpapatuloy na lahad ni Louie, “When I got home, I went straight to her house and I said exactly, ‘Tell me. Where did I go wrong? What did I do? How can you change your mind just like that when you have said that this will be forever?’
“And she didn’t want to talk to me. She didn’t want to answer me so I just left. I was really in pain.
“And I wrote the song. I was really devastated,”
Kuwento niya, “At that time, I met Joey already through her sister/manager Marissa who was handling Richard Tann.
“I see Joey once in a while in her house, meeting with Richard and Inno Sotto for a show.
Si Joey naman is very charming.
"Magpapa-cute siya, ‘Write me naman a song,’ and then I asked her to sing 'Tell Me.'
“But wait, I’m still lacking one line. Sa kanya yung line na ‘But if this love's not ours to have I'll let it go with your goodbye.’
“I’d like to think na naging kami because of the song.”
“I did bump into her ten years ago.Yes, she knows.
