The event, organized by Live Nation Philippines and presented by Smart Live, was held at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan on Tuesday night, March 14, 2023.
Midway through his concert, Harry spotted a fan holding up a placard with her personal request written on it.
The fan, who introduced herself as Michelle, wrote, "My bf says he will propose if you duet with him!!! Make it happen pls!"
Harry, then, asked the Filipino couple: "Jeff, are you ready to get married? Michelle, are you ready? Are you sure? Yes? What do you want to sing Jeff?"
In reply, Jeff picked Harry's 2017 chart-topping hit "Sign of the Times" to perform with the singer before he popped the big question.
Harry instructed Jeff, "We're gonna sing a bit of it now and get the proposal over it and Imma finish it later."
Halfway through the performance, Jeff proposed to his girlfriend, asking her, "Michelle, will you marry me?"
Upon receiving Jeff's marriage proposal, Michelle was speechless, but she conveyed her response by nodding.
Harry proceeded to perform the song and made a slight alteration to one of its lines.
Instead of singing "Just stop your crying, it's a sign of the times, we gotta get away from here," he sang, "Just stop your crying, it's a sign of the times... Michelle's gonna marry Jeff."
