K-pop group One Way will grace August 1 episode of ASAP XV

Christian Bautista (upper right corner) collaborated with K-pop trio One Way for the track "Wrong Number." The song is included in the Korean singing group’s album titled One Way Street.

Christian Bautista is considered this generation’s first Filipino to ever collaborate a song with a K-pop group. Due to his extensive Asian profile, Christian was handpicked to sing "Wrong Number," a pop R&B song with the newest K-pop trio One Way. This Korean singing group is composed of Chance (Michael Kim),vocals Peter (Peter Hyun) and rapper YoungSky (Choo Joon Young).

Weeks ago, Christian laid in his vocal parts in Manila and after it
was sent to Korea, the group One Way listened and liked the Asian Pop Idol’s rendition. Later they sent word that he should sing more parts, so in
no time, Christian added more vocals for the final version.

"This year has been a year of many firsts and many surprises and my collaboration with One Way is one of them. Being part of one of the best up and coming K-pop groups is a great opportunity and also a challenge to
continue to find ways of making different kinds of music. I hope the
fans will appreciate the version that we did," says Christian.

The K-pop trio One Way arrived last July 28 to promote their debut album One Way Street (distributed by Universal Records) in a series of showcases at SM Megamall on July 31 and SM Mall Of Asia this Sunday, August 1, all at 5 p.m. One Way is set to also appear in the MYX Channel, ASAP XV in August 1 and other ABS-CBN shows.

During the group’s guesting at Entertainment Live this afternoon, July 31, Chance mentioned that he finds KC Concepcion as "the most beautiful girl in the world."
