Kantar TNS: How did Yan ang Morning fare in finale week?

Yan ang Morning, the morning talk show on GMA-7 hosted by Marian Rivera, aired its last episode on August 12, Friday.



ABS-CBN continued to dominate the national ratings landscape from August 9 to 14, 2016.

The number one show for weekday primetime was FPJ's Ang Probinsyano.

The gap between Coco Martin's action series and Encantadia widened.

Its rating for August 9, Tuesday, for example, was 43.9% versus the Kapuso fantaserye's 20.7%.

Meanwhile, Minute to Win It: Last Man Standing clinched number one on daytime.

The game show on late afternoons, hosted by Luis Manzano, consistently got higher ratings than Wowowin.

ABS-CBN was also victorious last weekend.

Number one for both August 13, Saturday, and August 14, Sunday, were TV Patrol Weekend on daytime and The Voice Kids on primetime.

One show aired its finale during the given period.

It was Yan ang Morning, the morning talk show on GMA-7 hosted by Marian Rivera. Its last episode on August 12, Friday, generated a 6.6% rating, less than half of Kapamilya Blockbusters' 15.8%.

Kapamilya Blockbusters featured the 2013 action movie Escape Plan, which starred Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger, on that day.

Yan ang Morning began airing on May 2.
