After seven months of successfully bringing "kilig" to viewers, cast members of Be Careful With My Heart are slated to personally meet their kababayans abroad through a world tour.
Starting March, the stars of ABS-CBN's daytime teleserye, led by Jodi Sta. Maria and Richard Yap, will visit different countries to show their appreciation for their many viewers abroad.
In an interview with Jodi (who plays the role of Maya), she expressed how excited she was to join this world tour.
“Sobrang excited kami kasi sobrang ang dami talagang nagre-request na mga kababayan natin sa ibang bansa na pumunta kami doon.
“Ito na ‘yong time na mapagbibigyan natin sila.
“I’m very happy na mami-meet namin sila finally.”
In March, the group will fly to the Middle East. Then, they will go to the United States and Canada in May. The next stop will be in Europe in August. Finally, the cast members will be in Japan by November.
Since this will be the first time for their group to do shows abroad, Richard (who plays the role of Sir Chief) said, “Siyempre, we’re all very excited.
“This is the first time all the Be Careful With My Heart is going out on a world tour.
“So, we’d like to give them a very good show and we’d like to meet them, the people who are supporting us.”
NO CONFIRMED EXTENSION YET. Meanwhile, because it was mentioned that the tours abroad will be done until November, does this mean that the morning TV series will also be extended?
“Hindi pa rin talaga final,” answered Jodi.
“Ayaw naman nating sabihin na ine-extend kasi parang may negative connotation kapag sinabi mong ine-extend, parang ini-stretch.
“Abangan na lang po natin.”
Richard, on the other hand, said he’s open to extending the series.
“If they can come up with a good story to keep it going, I’m sure we’ll have a good run.
“Pero as of now, June pa lang ang medyo confirmed na date,” he ended.
