Jessica Sanchez will appear in fourth season of Glee on May 2 and May 9



American Idol Season 11 runner-up Jessica Sanchez will appear on two episodes of Glee Season 4.


According to The Hollywood Reporter, Jessica will guest star as a "legendary singer from a rival high school" on the May 2 episode of Glee.


Jessica is also expected to be part of the May 9 season finale of the musical comedy-drama TV series.


Aside from the the Filipino-American singer, Sarah Jessica Parker and Kate Hudson are also expected to join Glee Season 4.


During her February 2013 presscon in Manila, Jessica mentioned that she trusts the producers of Glee to create a character for her that will be able to touch viewers.


"They always find a way to make the characters relate to high school kids. I'm very excited for that. I'm just a regular teenage girl...I just love to have fun. I just want to follow my dreams and jump into life."


During the same interview, Jessica admitted, "I’ve never acted before but it seems like it’s so fun to do."

SINGLE WITH NE-YO. The Hollywood Reporter also mentioned that Jessica will soon debut her new single that she worked on with Ne-Yo.


Jessica will perform "Tonight" during the upcoming results night of American Idol Season 12.


This song is the lead single from her upcoming album—Me, You & the Music—which will be released sometime in May.


During her Manila presscon, Jessica also revealed that she has not yet fallen in love, which is why she uses a different technique when she performs songs about this feeling.


"I sing a lot of songs about love and it's weird singing about something that I've never really experienced in my life.


"I just try to find a different place. I love my family, I love God and my music and that's what I put in place of a boyfriend or a lover.


"The album will be more youthful so I can't wait for everyone to hear that," she said with a smile during her interview at the SM North Edsa Skydome.
