Danny O’Donaghue of The Script will share his experiences as The Voice UK coach

Before hearing the voices of the country’s best singers in ABS-CBN’s singing-reality show The Voice of the Philippines, get to hear the voices of its hosts and coaches first. Viewers will be able to learn more about them this Sunday (June 9), 8:15 PM through Mic Test: The Voice of the Philippines Primer.

The Voice of the Philippines coaches Apl de Ap, Sarah Geronimo, Bamboo, and Ms. Lea Salonga; host Toni Gonzaga; and V Reporters Robi Domingo and Alex Gonzaga will open up their personal and professional lives in one exclusive tell-all that will feature their humble beginnings, struggles as aspiring artists, and road to becoming the local or international superstars they are now. They also share never-before-scene photos and footage of various milestones in their lives.

Viewers will also get a sneak peek on what goes on during the “Blind Auditions,” a unique component of the worldwide hit television format that captured the attention of international viewers, and get to hear straight from the coaches what kinds of artists they are looking for to be part of their respective teams.
