Agot Isidro and Cherie Gil will return for a project on ABS-CBN.
Cherie was last seen in GMA-7's remake of Temptation of Wife. Her last Kapamilya teleserye was for the Angelica Panganiban-starrer Rubi.
Meanwhile, Agot recently became part of GMA-7's Indio. Her last Kapamilya show was the sci-fi drama E-Boy.
The two actresses will soon be part of the upcoming primetime series Muling Buksan ang Puso.
This show will be topbilled by Julia Montes, Enrique Gil, and Enchong Dee.
“It’s always great to be home," admitted Agot in her June 30 interview on The Buzz.
"This teleserye is really for everyone. Sino ba naman ang hindi nagmahal? Sino ang hindi nasaktan dahil sa pagmamahal? Sino ang gustong muling ibukas ang kanilang mga puso?”
Cherie agreed by saying, "I'm happy to be back. Isang malaking teleserye ang ihahandog namin para sa inyo."
CO-PRODUCER. The veteran actress tries her hand in producing for the first time through a film co-directed by Peque Gallaga and Lore Reyes.
"I'm a co-producer with the Film Development Council of the Philippines," said Cherie about her upcoming indie film Sonata.

Cherie continued to talk about her TV series by saying: "In this teleserye, I have no glamour whatsoever. Ang maganda sa character ko, isa akong barrio lass. Malandi at haliparot ako nung bata ako."
Agot said about their characters in Muling Buksan ang Puso: "We are best friends in the beginning then magiging frenemies all because of one guy."
She added, "I'm very, very excited because very powerful yung cast. It's my first time to work with Tita Susan [Roces] and she's just a joy.
"Rehearsal pa lang, bigayan na kami kaya ikaw madadala ka."
Cherie Gil revealed that Enchong Dee is her son in this series while Agot plays the mother of Enrique Gil. Julia Montes is the girl who forms a love triangle with Enchong and Enrique.
Jestoni Alarcon plays the guy who will come in between the characters of Agot and Cherie.
"This teleserye is really for everyone," pointed out Agot. "Sino ba naman ang hindi nagmahal? Sino ang hindi nasaktan dahil sa pagmamahal? Sino ang gustong muling ibukas ang kanilang mga puso?”
Cherie revealed that she had no problem working with the three young stars of this show.
“Nakasama ko na sila individually. [Enrique] I worked with him when he was 15 at Pieta. Enchong nakasama ko na rin and Julia [Montes] recently in A Moment In Time. They are very professional. They work hard.”
Their co-stars in this teleserye include Susan Roces, Dante Rivero, and Pilar Pilapil.
Cherie candidly revealed, "We even have a group called the Kontrabida Package. Kasama dun si Mylene Dizon...My staff even calls me Mother Bitch and I love it."
Agot defended her co-star by saying that "Ganyan lang si Cherie pero siya talaga ang pusong mamon. She's misunderstood."
Directed by Nuel Naval and Manny Palo, Muling Buksan ang Puso will air soon on ABS-CBN.
