Marian Rivera stars in kids' show One Day Isang Araw this Saturday

Oct 18, 2013

PRESS STATEMENT FROM GMA-7:

"Primetime Queen Marian Rivera will melt the hearts of viewers as she shows off her versatility and headlines the heartwarming episode of One Day Isang Araw this Saturday (October 19).

"Marian will play the role of Milette, a model turned popular actress who has kept secret from her fans and supporters that she has a brother with Down syndrome.

"Milette’s manager Ateng Perry doesn’t want her to be seen in public with her brother Alex because he believes this will ruin her career and image. One day, Milette will get a surprise visit from her mother Cindy and Alex in the studio and her fans will see them together.

"Milette’s fans will get mad at her for hiding the truth about the real identity of her brother in exchange for fame. At this point, Milette will realize her mistake and reveal in a press conference her reason of keeping Alex’s condition a secret.

"Joining the cast are award-winning actress Jaclyn Jose, Raymond Bagatsing, Mel Martinez, Tim Yap, Gorgy Rula, and Karl Paolo Angelo Pingol.

"Under the direction of Rico Gutierrez, One Day Isang Araw’s “Ang Secret Ni Milette” airs this Saturday, 6 p.m., on GMA-7."
