Pangako Sa 'Yo revolves around the love story of Angelo Buenavista and Yna Macaspac. The said primetime series aired on ABS-CBN for two years.

It has been shown in over 20 territories such as Cambodia, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, China, Kenya, Ghana, Namibia, Zambia, Botswana, and Uganda, among others. The Cambodian Television Network (CTN) opted to localize the Jericho-Kristine starrer in 2013.

UPCOMING ALBUM. Kathryn admitted she is looking forward to releasing her upcoming album. “Okay naman siya, tapos na namin siya i-record.

"Excited na mapakinggan niyo na lahat. I think by November or December. May mga revival songs tsaka mga originals rin.”

The song inspirations are mostly about things that the 18-year-old actress has experienced firsthand. She personally picked concepts that she can relate to a lot.

“Siguro about growing up, kasi dun ako makakarelate. Kasi kung pag about broken heart, hindi pa naman ako nabbroken-hearted parang wala naman isusulat kasi hindi ko pa naman yan na-experience.

“So something na na-experience ko na or ako talaga napagdaanan ko na siya.

One of her songs from her self-titled album, "You Don’t Know Me," trended worldwide on Twitter. Kathryn picked this song as her personal favorite in the album because she can relate to the lyrics.

“Kasi parang, pag napapanood sa TV akala nila kilalang-kilala na nila. So parang you don’t know me, yung alam mo yun, hindi mo pa ako fully kilala kahit napapanood mo ako everyday, kahit nakikita mo ako.

“Kailangan before you judge me makilala mo muna ako, parang ganun."
