Real-life couple Maris Racal and Rico Blanco are set to collaborate on a series under ABS-CBN’s streaming platform, iWantTFC.
Dreamscape Entertainment announced the project called The Goodbye Girl through its Instagram account on November 17, 2021.
Maris and Rico have collaborated on songs and production numbers on ASAP Natin ‘To, but this is the first time they are working on a series together.
The Goodbye Girl is also set to be Maris’ comeback series with ABS-CBN after doing the TV5 series Stay-In Love.
Also part of The Goodbye Girl is another real-life couple, Loisa Andalio and Ronnie Alonte, who are also set to star in the TV series Love in 40 Days.
Angelica Panganiban, JC De Vera, and RK Bagatsing are also expected to be part of The Goodbye Girl.
Barbie Imperial, Elisse Joson, and Josh Colet complete the cast of the series to be directed by Derick Cabrido.
The Goodbye Girl, which has a target release in 2022, is co-produced by Dreamscape Entertainment and Cleverminds Inc. for iWantTFC.
