Sabi ni Katigbak, "A return to profitability is possible in the near term.

“We recognize our responsibility to protect the investment you have made in our company.”

Pangako pa niya sa stockholders, “Let me assure you that we are committed to achieving the full potential of ABS-CBN and substantially improving the price of your shares.

"We commit to reward in your faith in us—both financially and in the shared joy of achieving our dreams together."

Aniya, “The filing of a franchise bill is initiated by a member of Congress not by ABS-CBN.

“We understand that, at present, there has been a bill filed for the application for a new franchise. However, at this time, we have yet to decide whether a new franchise is aligned with our strategic plans.”

Ang tinutukoy niya ay ang nai-file na House Bill No. 1218 ng Makabayan Bloc na naglalayong mabigyang muli ang Kapamilya Network ng 25-year fresh franchise.

Inihain ito nina ACT Teachers Party List Representative France Castro, Gabriela Party List Representative Arlene Brosas, at Kabataan Party List Representative Raoul Danniel Manuel.

THE ABS-CBN final broadcast

Nakasaad sa order: "The National Telecommunications Communications (NTC) today issued a Cease and Desist Order against ABS-CBN due to the expiration of its congressional franchise."

Dagdag pa sa utos ng NTC: "Upon the expiration of RA 7966, ABS-CBN no longer has a valid and subsisting congressional franchise as required by Act No. 3846.

ABS-CBN FRANCHISE HEARING

DUTERTE USED “PRESIDENTIAL POWERS” AGAINST ABS-CBN

Sa oath-taking ceremony ng mga bagong halal na local government officials noong June 27, 2022, sinabi niya, "I used the presidential powers to tell Congress that you are dealing with scoundrels and if you continue to kowtow with them, kawawa ang Pilipino."

ABS-CBN FREQUENCIES AWARDED TO AMBS-2

Bahagi ng pahayag ng NTC: “After the technical evaluation of AMBS’ request for a simulcast channel, Channel 2 (the paired analog channel in Mega Manila of digital channel 16) was temporarily assigned to AMBS.

“This temporary assignment is for simulcast purposes only, and only until the analog shut-off scheduled in 2023.

“The temporary assignment was granted to ensure service to both analog and digital TV signal users as the country transitions to full digital TV.”
