Hindi makapaniwala si Naia na ang katulad niyang baguhan sa drag queen competition ang mananalo sa Drag Den Philippines dahil ang mga datihan nang drag queen ang inaasahan niyang magwawagi.

Si Shewarma ang mahigpit na nakalaban ni Naia para sa Drag Supreme crown, pero sa huli, siya ang idineklarang panalo ni Manila Luzon, ang Filipino-American drag queen na binansagang "Drag Lord" at host ng Drag Den Philippines.
Si Rod Singh ang direktor, series creator, at isa sa mga producer ng programang sinubaybayan sa Prime Video.
