These days, Sarah Geronimo seems to be more expressive and open about her boyfriend that she is already cracking jokes that reference Matteo Guidicelli.
In the June 28 episode of The Voice Kids PH Season 2, the Popstar Princess jokingly suggested that she would call upon her boyfriend Matteo to ask for his help when it comes to one of her kids.
One of the contestants, Jolianne Salvado, opted to sing Ariana Grande's "Tattoed Heart" for the blind auditions.
The 11-year-old performer caught the attention of Lea Salonga and Sarah, who both turned their chairs for her.
When asked about her other talents, Jolianne disclosed that she also writes poems.
She then bowed before reciting her poem about The Voice Kids.
"Parents should lay the right foundation /
"Ang prepare their kids to battle in a nerve-racking competition /
"Auditions were made from Aparri to Jolo /
"For unknown individuals trying to be a pro."
Lea teased Sarah since it's well-known that the Popstar Princess is in a relationship with Matteo who hails from Cebu.
The Broadway star described Jolianne's voice as crystal clear.
In the end, Jolianne chose Coach Sarah because "her way of teaching is more suitable to my way of learning."
As soon as the The Voice Kids contestant announced her decision, Lea exclaimed "Cebu!"
Sarah put a necklace with the letter S around the neck of Jolianne.
The singer-actress promised: "I will do the best that I can to help boost your self-confidence.
"Tawagan ko ang boyfriend ko para sa iyo."
Lea teased Sarah further, "Meron kang anting-anting sa katawan mo na naa-attract mo ang mga taga Cebu."
Sarah simply laughed at Lea's remark.
