Is it possible to do comedy in a 10-minute show?
Martin Escudero takes on this challenge as a comedy actor in one of TV5's digital shows titled Tanods.
Playing the role of Nestor the Rookie, the Kapatid actor will throw punchlines at his co-actors and bring laughter to viewers via their 10-minute show.
In an interview with PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal), the former Zombadings actor admitted it's hard to make people laugh in a very short period of time.
However, he said, “Sobrang masaya sa set kasi relax na relax, 'tapos lahat ng humor namin, nagkakaintindihan.
Martin also acknowledges his co-actors are equally effective as a comedian like him.
“Magaling 'yong grupo, first time ko silang makatrabaho.
Joining Mart in this TV5 digital original show are Jun Sabayton as Captain Roger Grace; Brian Wilson as the expat; Jinri Park as the Korean secretary; Gerry Acao as the bumbling big guy; and Bea Benedicto as the Crush ng Bayan.

NEXT TELESERYE. Martin admitted that he enjoys doing comedy shows especially Tanods.
He recalled his experiences in doing regular TV series, “Siyempre, mahirap 'yong ganung katagal.
Despite this, Mart is still hoping to get another teleserye following his advocacy series, Positive, aired on Kapatid network last year.
“Oo, sobrang bigat ng [Positive], nakaka-drain ng pagkatao.
When PEP asked if there's a chance to see him on primetime again, Martin replied, “Hinihintay-hintay ko lang.
