EAT BULAGA. The February 27 Kalyeserye segment of Eat Bulaga opens with Divina (Maine Mendoza) looking anxious while preparing for her project: a fashion show. Alden Richards drops by and asks if he could help her with anything.
Divina receives bad news that the models would not make it in time for the show. Alden good naturedly showed off his modeling skills and volunteered to serve as a model in the fashion show.
Accepting his help, Divina asks Alden try on a couple of clothes; a fitted shirt with a low neckline and a formal long sleeve shirt.
Dancers ushered the “ramp stars.” Bombastically walking on catwalking were the Tres Lolas Lola Nidora (Wally Bayola), Lola Tidora (Jose Manalo) and Lola Tinidora (Paolo Ballesteros) who wore stylish knee length pink frocks and matching little pink hats.
The Dabarkads strutted their stuff followed by the Tres Lolas glammed up in green patterned dresses.
Wowing the crowd were Alden, looking dapper in a formal suit while Divina looked utterly divine in an elegant white flowing gown.
Casual wear was the next category. The Dabarkads looked very impressive while the Tres Lolas rocked their gray outfits. Alden and Divina wore matching red blazers during this segment.
The last category is the summer collection with the Dabarkads sporting cool ‘sun n surf’ outfits.
To look cool and chic, Tres Lolas wore apple green dresses and playfully brought with them beach accessories. Alden and Divina made a final splash onstage showing off nautically cool and sexy clothes.
The models--from the Dabarkads, the Tres Lolas and the AlDub tandem—were joined onstage by the the designers.
Divina thanked everyone and acknowledged young designers Darryl Maad, Charlie Anito, Jazz Celeso, Jong Suplong, Patty Ang, Jeff Albea, and Patrick Plazon. Alden congratulated Divina on the success of her project and presented her a bouquet of flowers.
Lola Nidora mentioned that Divina will be celebrating her birthday soon. Alden told Divina that he has prepared something special for birthday!
