Filipino-French teen Lica is proving how great singers Pinoys are after passing the next round of The Voice: la plus belle voix (The Voice France) Season 5.
The 18-year-old aspiring singer became a four-chair turner after impressing The Voice France coaches with her soulful rendition of Mariah Carey's "My All" during the blind auditions.
Lica got a little emotional after seeing the four coaches—Canadian singer Garou, British singer Mika, actor-musician Florent Pagny, and French singer-songwriter Zazie—convince her to be on their respective teams.
We can barely understand what the coaches said (since it's French) but Mika noted that there are a lot of talented Filipino singers. In the end, Lica chose to be on Team Florent.

On Facebook, Lica expressed her gratitude for her fans who are supporting her in the competition. She wrote, "Thanks again so much for your support and your messages, it means a lot to me."
