The performance of Filipino-American singer Jessica Sanchez at the finale night of American Idol on April 7, has been earning rave reviews from the Netizens.

Time noted how Twitter got "obsessed" with her rendition of Celine Dion’s “The Prayer.”

The runner-up of season 11 really stole the spotlight, and it was not the first time.

In 2012, Jessica also wowed with her versions of the same song plus "The Star-Spangled Banner" and "God Bless America" at the PBS National Memory Day Concert.

That same year, she had a stint on the musical series Glee.

In 2013, Jessica held her first solo concert at the Smart Araneta Coliseum here in the Philippines.

What’s latest with Jessica?

Early 2016, she began collaborating with YouTube singing sensation Leroy Sanchez, and released covers of Beyonce’s “1+1” and Justin Bieber’s “The Feeling.”
