Kim Chiu is joining Luis Manzano and Robi Domingo as one of the hosts of The Voice Kids PH Season 3.

This is according to an Instagram post made by a fan account using the handle @infinity.csj.

In the photo, Kim is flanked by Luis and Robi with their hands doing the “V” sign, which is associated with the singing competition.

It can be remembered that when the first edition of The Voice Kids PH aired in 2014, Kim openly expressed her support for finalist Juan Karlos Labajo, who ended up as second runner-up.

Kim is currently seen in the primetime series The Story of Us with her love team partner Xian Lim.

In the first edition of the reality search in 2014, it was Alex Gonzaga who did hosting chores with Luis. On its second edition last year, Alex was replaced by Yeng Constantino.

Currently, Yeng is focused as a mentor in another singing competition We Love OPM while Alex’s last hosting job was in the short-lived game show Game ng Bayan with Robin Padilla.

The Voice Kids PH Season 3 is Kim’s first venture into hosting a full program. Her past experiences include doing spiels on the Sunday noontime musical-variety show ASAP.

Prior to that, Kim already tried hosting when she was tapped as one of the hosts during the 2013 and 2014 finals night of Himig Handog P-Pop Love Songs Songwriting Competition.

ABS-CBN has yet to formally announce the inclusion of Kim as host in the 2016 edition of The Voice Kids PH.

Earlier this month, the Kapamilya network announced that Sharon Cuneta will serve as one of the coaches along with Lea Salonga and Bamboo Mañalac. The Megastar replaced Sarah Geronimo.

The Voice Kids is scheduled to air starting May 28 on ABS-CBN’s weekend primetime block.
