The love team of Sharlene San Pedro and Jairus Aquino will join Tommy Esguerra and Miho Nishida in ABS-CBN's new teleserye titled Langit Lupa.
This was revealed through the Instagram account of RSB Drama Unit, which is headed by director Ruel Santos Bayani.
The drama unit also entertained questions from fans of JaiLene (Jairus and Sharlene's love team) and ToMiho (Tommy and Miho's love team).
RSB drama unit's answers confirmed the inclusion of Jairus and Sharlene in the soap.
The fans of the love team, called JL Minions, shared a screengrab of RSB Drama Unit's answers to their comments, in which they posted on their Twitter account yesterday, June 9.
According to the drama unit, Jairus already had a meeting with Direk Ruel (called RSB by his colleagues) while Sharlene has yet to meet the business unit head.
Jairus and Sharlene were last seen in the defunct comedy-teen series Luv U and in the Wansapanataym presents Susi ni Sisay.
They were also part of the primetime series Nathaniel, which was nominated in the prestigious New York Festivals World's Best TV & Films competition in the family programs category.
The inclusion of ToMiho in Langit Lupa was announced yesterday after the love team met with Direk Ruel.
According to RSB drama unit, the series will be topbilled by child wonders but Miho and Tommy will have exciting roles in the new teleserye.
GRAEDREA PROJECT. Meanwhile, RSB Unit also entertained questions from other fandoms, such as fans of the Andrea Brillantes-Grae Fernandez love team (GraeDrea).
They were asked if GraeDrea will also be included in Langit Lupa, but according to the unit, they are currently preparing a new project for the love team first seen in Pangako Sa 'Yo.
They also revealed that Andrea and Grae were able to shot a TV project in Vigan, which has yet to be aired.
Andrea originally came from the RSB Drama Unit, which gave her a big break via the 2013 remake of Annaliza.
She also starred in Hawak Kamay headlined by Piolo Pascual, a soap that was also produced by the unit aired in 2014.
Other programs produced by the RSB Drama Unit include Ipaglaban Mo, Pasion De Amor, Be My Lady, Tubig at Langis, and the upcoming series Never Ever Say Goodbye starring Arci Muoz and Jericho Rosales.
