Asked how Bubble Gang managed to stay on the air for more than two decades, Michael V replied, "Lagi kaming nakasabay with the times, kung ano ang nangyayari sa paligid namin."

Bubble Gang
gives importance to Pinoy comedians and their remarkable performances on its 21st anniversary this November 25.

Dubbed as “21 Gang Salute,” the celebration will feature the best Filipino comedians, who were chosen by the Bubble Gang artists and staff.

We're honoring 21 best comedians in our book sa Bubble Gang.

We're not saying na ito ang pinakamagagaling, pero sa grupo ng Bubble Gang ito 'yong choices namin—21 best comedians of the Philippines.”

The chosen comedy actors will be revealed on Bubble Gang this month.

EVOLUTION.
Michael V., also known as Bitoy, is grateful that their weekly gag show is still airing after two decades.

In fact, it has become the longest-running gag show in the Philippines.

Asked about the secret of the show, Bitoy said, “Evolution lang.

He also pointed out that the show could easily adapt to any changes.

The comedy actor said, “As usual, lagi kaming nakasabay with the times, kung ano ang nangyayari sa paligid namin.

Meanwhile, Bubble Gang's new director, Bert de Leon, promised to continue what the late director Uro dela Cruz did on the show.

He told reporters, “Definitely, it's a challenge. I have big shoes to fill, hindi lang si Uro kasi may iba pang gumawa na nito, e, and ako 'yong pinakahuling sumali dito.

What we'll try to do is we confer, kami nina Bitoy, Paolo [Contis]... Open 'yon, e, lahat puwede mag-suggest, puwedeng mag-contribute.

Ang ginagawa ko lang, I try to present the comedy in a very tasteful manner.

All our inputs combined, tulung-tulong na.”

From being a regular viewer to being a director, Direk Bert said he found out what allowed Bubble Gang to maintain its popularity for over two decades.

Ngayong nandito na ako, it's fun to do and it's fun to watch, 'yon ang secret ng Bubble Gang,” he proudly concluded.
