Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza's first teleserye is one of the most-anticipated shows of GMA-7 this 2017.
The omnibus plug for the new Kapuso shows was launched earlier tonight, December 16, on 24 Oras.
Destined To Be Yours
The AlDub love team is finally starring in its own teleserye titled Destined To Be Yours.
In the plug, Alden is seen drawing his dream house on a piece of paper. He then folded the paper into an airplane.
In another part of the park, Maine is preparing for a picnic.
She catches Alden's paper airplane and opens it. She said, "Nagdrawing, nagwish, magkakatotoo, ako na ang dream girl mo!"
When Alden arrived, he asks her, "Sure ka na ba diyan?"
Maine replies, "Sa 'yo ba ito? Sorry binuksan ko."
Alden responds by saying, "Okay lang, binuksan mo na rin naman ang puso ko, e."
The two spent time staring at the drawing and eventually, at each other.
No details have been formally announced yet, but in a previous PEP report, it was revealed that this new teleserye is about an architect Benjie (Alden) and an environmentalist Luningning (Maine).
They will have conflicting interests when Benjie is tapped to do a building project in Luningning's town.
Destined to be Yours is helmed by director Irene Villamor, who is known for her movie Camp Sawi.
Meant To Be
Barbie Forteza's primetime show Meant To Be, where she is partnered with four new leading men, is also part of the 2017 Kapuso plug.
In the teaser, Barbie is walking in a field and she promises herself, "To new adventures!"
She sees four boys (Ken Chan, Jak Roberto, Addy Raj, Ivan Dorschner) who greet her in different languages.
She tells herself, "Ito na yata ang start ng new adventures!"
The upcoming romcom revolves around Billie (Barbie), a struggling millennial who meets four men with different nationalities: Filipino-British Ethan (Ivan), Indian Jai (Addy), Pinoy Macoy (Jak), and Chinoy Yuan (Ken). She is given love and attention by the four guys.

Directed by LA Madridejos, Meant To Be is believed to be the first teleserye to air in GMA's Telebabad block this January.
My Love From The Star
Jennylyn Mercado's primetime comeback via the remake of Korean drama My Love From The Star was also teased in the plug.
She is walking in a park and when she sees a fountain, she says her wish: "Sana naman, dumating na yung hulog ng langit, nakakapagod nang maghintay."
She throws her penny into a fountain, and the song "My Destiny" plays in the background.
A blinding light flashes and Gil Cuerva suddenly appears in front of Jennylyn.
Jennylyn exclaims, "Ang bilis, ha!"
In the original Korean drama, the story of My Love From The Star revolves around actress Steffi (to be portrayed by Jennylyn) who becomes the neighbor of an alien named Matteo (to be portrayed by Gil).
Jennylyn and Gil's co-stars in this series helmed by Bb. Joyce Bernal are Jackie Rice, Renz Fernandez, Melissa Mendez, and Glydel Mercado.
GMA-7 has yet to release its omnibus plug for the upcoming afternoon shows.
As of press time, only Pinulot Ka Lang Sa Lupa starring rumored couple Julie Anne San Jose and Benjamin Alves was announced to air in January 2017 on GMA's Afternoon Prime block.
