How did Claudine Barretto's Maalaala Mo Kaya comeback fare in the ratings game?

Claudine Barretto made an ABS-CBN comeback on December 24, 2016 when she starred again in an episode of its drama anthology program, Maalaala Mo Kaya.

In the said MMK episode, she portrayed Lorena, a woman who got separated from her husband Norberto (Dominic Ochoa) and her two children when Typhoon Yolanda destroyed Tacloban. She was left with her two other children.

Years later, Lorena had an accidental reunion with her whole family when they travelled all the way to Manila to look for each other.

AGB NUTAM. How did Claudine's MMK comeback fare in NUTAM (National Urban Television Audience Measurement) ratings according to AGB Nielsen?

The Christmas Eve episode of the drama anthology, which aired from 7:19 p.m. to 8:47 p.m., registered a TV rating of 13.7%.

On the other hand, its competitor Magpakailanman, which featured a love story between the characters played by Luz Valdez and Leo Martinez, got a TV rating of 15.9%. This figure is 2.2 points higher than MMK.

KANTAR NATIONWIDE. Meanwhile, according to Kantar Media, Claudine's MMK episode rated 21.5% in nationwide ratings, making it the No. 1 most-watched program on December 24.

Its rival program Magpakailanman only got a rating of 16.1%, representing a difference of 5.4 points.
