Ogie Alcasid has officially signed up with ABS-CBN after transferring from TV5.
He was accompanied by Leila, his daughter with ex-wife Michelle Van Eimeren.
The former Kapatid star—who is all of comedian, concepts man, writer, TV host, singer, songwriter—expressed his gratitude to wife Regine Velasquez "for always believing" in him.
He also thanked his ex-wife Michelle—best known as Miss Australia 1994—and their children.
"Another pic from today's contract signing. Ty anak @leilalcasid for accompanying me. Ogie also posted a collage of pics where he thanked the Kapamilya Network for the "warm welcome."
ABS-CBN President and CEO Carlo Katigbak and Chief Operating Officer for Broadcast Cory Vidanes were among the ABS-CBN executives present at the contract signing.
It was at the November 2016 trade launch of ABS-CBN that the revelation came about Ogie already being a Kapamilya.
Back then the announcement was made that the former Kapatid and former Kapuso star would be a judge in Your Face Sounds Familiar Kids Edition.
The multi-talented and multi-awarded Ogie is also part of the judging panel for "Tawag ng Tanghalan," on the Kapamilya noontime program, It's Showtime.
