“All in all, mas gumanda siya bilang babae."
This was how John Lloyd Cruz described Home Sweetie Home leading lady Toni Gonzaga after she gave birth in September 2016.
The 33-year-old TV host, singer, and actress went back to taping for the Kapamilya sitcom as early as November.
Kumbaga nagmumura talaga yung kagandahan niya.”
John Lloyd, Toni, and other regular cast members of Home Sweetie Home were present at the presscon for the show’s third anniversary held last February 1.
In Home Sweetie Home, John Lloyd and Toni play a married couple dealing with various challenges, including financial trouble, child-rearing issues, and managing a household.
For her part, Toni said that being a mom in real life made her appreciate her character all the more.
Asked if she has a cut-off in terms of working hours, Toni declined to give an exact time when she leaves the set of Home Sweetie Home.
However, she said she makes it a point to align her schedule with her baby’s feeding time.
Toni’s son with Paul Soriano, Baby Seve, is now four months old.
Meanwhile, John Lloyd went on to say that he was happy that Home Sweetie Home has been in the air for three years and counting.
It can be seen on ABS-CBN every Saturday at 6:30 p.m.
The 33-year-old actor said that the cast and staff will showcase family issues which Filipino viewers can relate to.
“Linggu-linggo pumapasok kami without actually thinking kung may makakapansin…
