Martin Andanar is seen every night on TV5's TEN (The Evening News) and the Sunday primetime reality police crime show Pulis... Pulis. He prefers to be in TV5 since he does not have to deal with the network war.

Nagmamarka si Martin Andanar bilang isa sa pinakaguwapong newscaster at napapanood siya tuwing gabi sa TEN (The Evening News), gayundin sa Sunday primetime reality police crime show na Pulis... Pulis, both of which are aired on TV5. But, more than his looks, 'yung kredibilidad siguro niya ang higit na nagpapaangat sa kanyang personalidad.

"I'm happy here without much pressure. I can improve and achieve more by not thinking much of the network war.

Napansin nga namin na sa katuwiran ni Martin, he's not after the popularity. Kung tutuusin, with his height and looks, marami siyang dadaiging newscasters from ABS-CBN and GMA-7.

If ever, kung popular na ako, what's next? Ano naman yun? Ang importante sa akin, yung credibility. You can be famous naman with your credibility, di ba?

Very impressive ang educational background ni Martin. Nag-graduate siya ng college sa University of Ballarat, sa Australia, with a double degree in Film and Media Studies; Social and Political Studies. Hindi siya nagkasya roon at nag-aral pa sa Asian Institute of Management, finishing his Masters in Entrepreneurship, at nakatapos with honors.

"I don't have any problem with gays.

At saka pamilyado akong tao. I don't really talk about those things," at lalo siyang natawa.

"I find gay people very interesting, kasi, most of them, matatalino talaga. I see nothing wrong with that.

I'm not like that. I don't need to be defensive. Live and let live lang 'yan.

"They don't cause trouble naman.
