The YES! 100 Most Beautiful Stars launch became a reunion of sorts for GMA-7 TV characters and love teams that viewers missed seeing on screen.
Encantadia 2016 cast members Sanya Lopez and Rocco Nacino, for one, walked with each other at the red carpet.
Currently, the two are seen together in the afternoon series Haplos.
Love team partners Gabbi Garcia and Ruru Madrid, who were also part of Encantadia 2016, did not walk together on the red carpet.
However, they were seated next to each other inside the ballroom of Luxent Hotel, Timog, Quezon City.
The two became close (and were even rumored to be a couple) after they teamed up in GMA shows My Destiny (2014), Seasons of Love (2014), instaDAD (2015), Let The Love Begin (2015), and Naku, Boss Ko! (2016).
In Gabbi and Ruru's last project, Encantadia, their characters Alena and Ybrahim did not end up together.
However, it seems like the Gabru love team won't be seen in a teleserye together for the meantime.
Ruru will be part of the second book of Alyas Robin Hood starring Dingdong Dantes. On the other hand, Gabbi will be busy shooting for magazine covers in the coming days.
Encantadia "tagapangalaggas" Kate Valdez, Inah De Belen, Mikee Quintos have remained friends that they even posed together during the red carpet.
Encantadia 2016's Pirena Glaiza de Castro came with Gabby Eigenmann at the event.
The two worked together in the 2014 afternoon series Dading wherein they played best friends.
Glaiza and Gabby's co-star in Dading Benjamin Alves, on the other hand, arrived solo at the red carpet.
Encantadia 2006's Pirena and 2016's Adhara Sunshine Dizon also arrived at the event.
Outside the ballroom, she was seen speaking with Gabby, whom she worked with in several shows such as Ikaw Lang Ang Mamahalin (2001) and All About Eve (2009).
Former love team Andre Paras and Barbie Forteza--who had a fandom called AnBie--also posed for a photo together at the red carpet.
The two built a fanbase after they were paired in the long-running afternoon series The Half Sisters (2014-2016) and the primetime rom-com That's My Amboy (2016).
Inside the ballroom, Barbie was also seen hanging out with her co-stars in the recently-concluded drama series Meant To Be: Mika dela Cruz and Jak Roberto.
However, Barbie and Andre did not walk together on the red carpet.
