Daniel Padilla revealed that his prime-time series La Luna Sangre is bound to end soon.
In an interview with ABS-CBN News, the love team partner of Kathryn Bernardo said that their show might end in two months' time or March 2018.
The 22-year-old actor divulged, "Medyo malapit na kami matapos. Maybe two months. Kasi may mga ibang papalit na rin."
He did not mention, however, which show will replace their fantasy series.
According to him, he and Kathryn are already planning to have a vacation once La Luna Sangre ends its run.
"Ang dami na naming plano. Ang dami na naming dapat gagawin pero hindi namin magawa.
"Wala tayong magagawa dahil every day yung La Luna talaga. Sa weekends, we have ASAP. Saturdays, may mga [endorsements]. So saan pa ilalagay?"
Once they return from their vacation, the KathNiel tandem will return to work immediately to shoot a new movie.
Daniel said, "Ready na rin kami ni Kathryn para sa isang movie. Second week of March, may alis lang kami. May show kami sa States.
"Pagbalik ko, birthday ko pa kasi. After ng birthday ko, shoot na ng movie. Exciting siya."
Details about the movie have not yet been revealed, but director Cathy Garcia-Molina said in a press conference that her last movie before her retirement will be top-billed by KathNiel.
Kathryn and Daniel's last movie was the 2017 summer film Can't Help Falling In Love.
Meanwhile, La Luna Sangre has introduced new cast members: Denise Laurel, Ketchup Eusebio, Pinky Amador, and Dominic Roque.
Maymay Entrata's love team partner, Edward Barber, has also started appearing in the Kapamilya series.
