Nora Aunor is now working on a new teleserye for GMA Network, which follows her 2015 series Little Nanay.

Nora Aunor candidly talked about her gratitude for GMA-7 when she signed a program contract with the Kapuso Network on May 10, 2018.

Present at the contract signing were Senior Vice President for GMA Entertainment Content Group Lilybeth Rasonable at GMA AVP for Drama Cheryl Ching-Sy.

The Superstar admitted that she has "utang na loob" to GMA-7.

At yun naman ay tinatanaw ko ng malaking malaking utang na loob," Nora was quoted as saying in an interview with GMA News during her contract signing.

Last March, Nora attended the story con of her still-untitled teleserye.

This project also serves as the comeback teleserye of Wendell Ramos and Adrian Alandy (formerly known by his screen name as Luis Alandy).

Mikee Quintos, Kate Valdez, Cherie Gil, Vaness del Moral, Rochelle Pangilinan, Enrico Cuenca, and Gardo Versoza will join Nora in this TV series.

The actress with dwarfism, Jo Berry, will be introduced as Onay in this teleserye.

When asked why she accepted this project, Nora explained, "Gusto ko yung teleserye at maganda yung istorya, tungkol sa kung paano magmahal ang isang ina sa isang anak, at kung paano ipagtanggol ang isang anak ng ina.

"'Yun yung puso sa ginagawa naming proyekto. At suspetsa ko, ang sa aking palagay lamang, itong ginagawa namin, sabi nga nila, 'pag puso yung pinagsama sa isang proyekto, walang tatalo siyan, kasi andiyan yung pagmamahalan, yung tulungan, walang lamangan."

According to Nora, she will play the mother of Onay.

Nora's last full-length teleserye was the 2015 Kapuso series Little Nanay.
