Yen Santos describes love scene with Sam Milby: "Parang sobrang totoo na parang konti na lang, kakainin na niya yung buong lips ko!"

Yen Santos and Sam Milby will have intimate scenes in the upcoming ABS-CBN teleserye Halik.

In the trailer shown during the July 24 press conference of the show, members of the press were shown a preview of their bed scene as they brought life to a married couple.

Sam described the scene by saying, "May isang eksena na very passionate yung scene, mapusok talaga."

The 24-year-old Yen admitted that she considers her kissing scene with Sam as her most unforgettable kiss to date.

She reasoned out, "Kasi po ito yung pinaka-sexy na role na nagawa ko kaya yung mga eksena sobrang mapusok din talaga.

"Pero siyempre alaga din si Sam, hindi naman niya hinayaan na hindi na ako komportable."

When asked to elaborate the scene, Yen just laughing and found it hard to speak.

She later revealed in jest, "Kasi parang sobrang totoo na parang konti na lang, kakainin na niya yung buong lips ko! Nadadala sa mga eksena!"

Cast member Yam Concepcion, who plays the wife of Jericho Rosales, also did sexy scenes for Halik.

However, she did not have a hard time adjusting to the show's theme.

She explained, "I started with a sexy film, doon ako nagsimula so I'm quite comfortable.

"It's more challenging kasi hindi lang naman siya love scene, e. You're giving more.

"So yung preparation lahat, kasi mas malalim na rin yung understanding ko.

"Yung noon kasi parang first movie ko yun, wala pa akong experience. Pero this time, there's more depth to it."

Yam was referring to the 2012 adult film Rigodon, where she was paired with John James Uy.

Since Yam's character engages in an illicit affair with Sam's character, she also shot an intimate scene with him.

She pointed out, "With Sam, I can vouch for Yen na nangangain siya!"

Jericho then quipped about the revelations made by the ladies: "Alam niyo kasi dapat intindihin niyo siya [Sam] dahil sa preparation niya, lagi siyang gutom sa set, kailangan lumabas yung abs niya, pag eksena doon siya nagugutom."

A smiling Sam simply said, "That's the reason why."

The Kapamilya actor admitted htat he did not have any qualms taking his shirt off or doing sexy scenes for Halik.

"Hindi naman bago yun sa akin. I've done a lot of shows and movies na any sexiness naman, pero masasabi ko ito yung pinaka-sexiest na role na ginawa ko."

Halik, which will replace the prime-time series Since I Found You, is set to premiere on August 13.

SEXY SCENES AND MTRCB. Halik director Carlo Po Artillaga said that he did not have a hard time shooting sensitive scenes with their lead actors.

He explained, "Kasi before naman i-shoot yung love scene, we discuss with them paano i-execute.

"As much as possible we try to push the envelope in making it sexy but of course, within the limits for television.

"Siyempre ita-try gumawa ng bago kasi marami nang love scenes na nagawa sa TV, we try to create na at least hindi maging kamukha ng previous na comfortable."

Artillaga and co-director Cathy Camarillo also made sure that they followed the guidelines set by the MTRCB (Movie Television Review and Classification Board).

He elaborated, "MTRCB naman is very straight in giving guidelines. Siyempre, para magmukhang exciting pa rin, we come close to the edge of the limit of the guidelines kasi if we're just gonna stay under, it's just another scene na napanuod niyo na.

"So as much as possible, we try to push the limit para maging exciting.

"But of course, with the approval of the actors kasi siyempre, if you make the actors din naman very uncomfortable kung masyadong wild or sexy yung ipapagawa niyo, hindi rin naman mapoportray ng maganda.

"So it's a collaboration with the safety guidelines. So far, I think, hindi pa naman lumalagpas. I think we're still within the guidelines."

Business Unit Head Ruel S. Bayani, on the other hand, is confident that they can pull off the series without having problems with the MTRCB.

He elaborated, "Siguro, ang sagot lang is to be always responsible. If you remember, I also produced Two Wives (2014) and Tubig at Langis (2014), both shows about complicated relationships and hindi naman kami nagkaproblema.

"And with a very competent responsible team, hindi ko iniisip yun kasi wala namang may intention to take advantage or to exploit.

"At kung yung tanong kanina, anong challenge at gustong marating, I think ang dapat na challenge is to present yung insights on relationships, on marriage—yung moral dilemma ng characters at personalities na involved dito, yun yung malaking challenge for us.

"So wala pa, wala pang problema at all, sana wala."
