Bella Santiago, a Filipina singer, has been compared to Beyonce in The X Factor Romania.
The 29-year-old contestant impressed the judges for her fiery rendition of Jessie J's "Bang Bang."
"Beyonce, tu esti (is that you, Beyonce)" was written in the description of her video uploaded on the Facebook page of X Factor Romania.
Delia, a Romanian singer-songwriter who is one of the judges, commented on her performance: "E genul de om pe care as paria ca va castiga [She's the kind of person I bet who'll win]."
Through her Facebook account, Bella asked for support from her fans by posting:
"Buna!!! TUESDAY my moment will be on Xfactor Romania reminding you guys to watch from 8pm (20:00) on TUESDAY... but for the moment you can download the application XFACTOR ROMANIA and after my moment on TUESDAY it will be on application how i sing and you can vote for me to send me directly to gala live!!! I will appreciate with all my heart your votes! Thank you guys! Love lots"
Before using her stage name Bella, she was known as Resciebelle Santiago.
In February 2017, she released her first single titled "Unpredictable." She is considered to be the first Filipina singer to sign up with a major record label in Romania.
In 2017, the Cavitena made it to the grand finals of Romania's Got Talent but she didn't win the competition.
She also joined It's Showtime's "Tawag Ng Tanghalan" in 2016 where she performed Beyonce's "Crazy In Love."
As a young child, she appeared on Philippine television via GMA-7's singing competition Pinoy Pop Superstar.
