In PBB Otso, Criza got evicted, Ali became a housemate, and Gian entered Camp Star Hunt.

It was another night full of twists and turns for Pinoy Big Brother Otso as one housemate was evicted, one Star Dreamer moved into Bahay ni Kuya, and a new Star Dreamer entered Camp Star Hunt.

Criza was the third evictee of PBB Otso after she received only 10.44% of the SMS votes. Criza Ta-a lost to Seth Fedelin and Aljon Mendoza, who got 45.41% and 44.14% of the public SMS votes, respectively.

Ali became the Star Dreamer who was voted by the public to move from Camp Star Hunt to Bahay ni Kuya. He became an official teen housemate after getting 52.98% of the public votes. He beat fellow Star Dreamers Gabby Sarmiento, Sansan Dagumampan, and Krist Vertudez, who garnered 29.96%, 13.31%, and 12.84%, respectively.

Lastly, the newest Star Dreamer is Gian Wang, the 17-year-old Chinito Simpatiko ng Cebu.

NOMINEES.

In the past episode, the housemates competed in a challenge where they had to impersonate a famous OPM singer. The two winners of this challenge were Jelay Pilones and Lie Reposposa, and they won an exemption from the nominations for this weekend.

Thus, the only eligible nominees were Aljon, Rhys Eugenio, Criza, Seth, Kaori Oinuma, and Karina Bautista. All of them received at least one nomination.

The housemates with the most nomination points were Criza with 9 points, Seth with 5 points and Aljon and 4 points.

Criza was nominated by Jelay, Aljon, Rhys, Seth, Kaori, and Karina. The reasons for the nominations were her bossiness and her tendency to physically hurt her peers by biting playfully.

Seth was nominated by Aljon, Rhys, and Kaori. He was nominated for his rudeness and his lack of focus in the tasks.

Aljon was nominated by Lie, Criza, and Seth. The reasons for nomination were his hurtful jokes and his apparent laziness.

The other housemates also received nomination points even if they were not put on the eviction block. Karina was nominated by Jelay for complaining too much, Rhys was nominated by Lie for his hurtful jokes, and Kaori was nominated by Criza for showing only her good side, and not her bad side.

NEW HOUSEMATE.

This week, the Star Dreamers in Camp Star Hunt had to work in a junk shop. They were divided into two teams of four. Team A had Reign Parani, Kurt Gerona, Achilles Samain, and Missy Quino. Team B had Sansan, Ali, Gabby, and Krist.

On the day of the challenge, the teams had to gather junk from several houses outside Camp Star Hunt so they could sell them for a profit, then they had to arrange several bottles inside sacks.

The owner of the junk shop, Mang Dante, was made to choose the team that he thinks did the best work.

Team B was the winner of the challenge, after they aced all three parts of the task. They gathered the most junk and earned the most, arranged the most bottles, and Mang Dante chose their team, too.

For this reason, Sansan, Ali, Gabby, and Krist were given the chance to become an official housemate. The viewing public had to choose among the four via SMS voting.

The winner of the SMS voting was Ali so he became an official housemate tonight. Ali is a determined young man despite being quiet and shy. He is a 16-year-old MMA fighter, and aptly dubbed the Astig Makisig ng Las Pinas.

NEW STAR DREAMER.

The newest Star Dreamer was introduced before the show ended. Viewers had the chance to see Gian Wang, a 17-year-old charmer from Cebu.

Gian loves music and he expresses that by playing the ukelele. He also likes riding on his mountain bike with his grandfather, whom he treats as his father because he did not grow up with his dad.

Gian, the Chinito Simpatiko ng Cebu, entered Camp Star Hunt tonight.

Will Ali adjust easily to the other PBB Otso housemates, and will Gian work hard in Camp Star Hunt? We’ll find out in the next episodes.
