JASMINE CURTIS-SMITH: I'm just glad na ang mga nakasama ko sa first show ko sa GMA were all capable actors and, of course, Direk Joel Lamangan. The cast and director left the impact na kaya natin mag work nang efficient without time wasted.

GABBI GARCIA: Yes, it’s my first time to have a role na may strong personality and nagmamaldita. Na-challenge ako, at the same time, I really enjoyed playing around with it.

SOPHIE ALBERT: Pamilya Roces really challenged me and put me out of my comfort zone. This show has helped me come out of my shell and be excited about work and learning new things.

KATRINA HALILI: Baka impact ni Maisa sa show! Hahaha! Imagine three families, halos lahat nakasampalan ko, pero most of them first time kong naka-work. So something new pa din para sa akin and happy ako nanaka-work ko sila.

MANOLO PEDROSA: After signing with GMA, nabigyan ako ng project. Very fulfilling at si Direk Joel ang director. Marami po akong natutunan. Very first big step sa akin as GMA artist.

Getting on and off character makes it faster for me nowadays.

CHRISTIAN BAUTISTA: I loved playing a lawyer. I enjoy it a lot. It helped me to be precise with all my actions in my scenes.

JASMINE CURTIS-SMITH: The most memorable scenes for me were the day that Lily died and when Pearl confronted Jade for the first time in the mall.

GABBI GARCIA: That would be the first time Jade’s father ever slapped her in front of Pearl and Amethyst.

SOPHIE ALBERT: I really enjoy my scenes with Tita Elizabeth [Oropesa]. Super amazing working with her because I learned so much from her.

And with Gabbi na first love team ko, naging kumportable ako agad sa kanya.

Iba!

CHRISTIAN BAUTISTA: The last scene was memorable. Where everyone just gathered together despite all the hardships experienced. And did their best to be united.

JASMINE CURTIS-SMITH: No matter the social status in life, problems will always arrive in families. Ganun talaga ang buhay. Hope no one goes the dark route of Maisa.

GABBI GARCIA: That there are different kinds of family set ups, but at the end of the day, family will always be there for you.

SOPHIE ALBERT: Maybe for the lessons that this show is about. The importance of family.

KATRINA HALILI: Na ang pamilya, kahit gaano kagulo minsan, ika nga blood is thicker than water, pamilya pa rin ang pinakaimportante sa buhay.

MANOLO PEDROSA: Siyempre, gusto kong makita nila ang importance of family. Kahit maraming family crisis, daming gulo, kailangan united pa rin.

ROCCO NACINO: That all in all, it's a modern family show.

CHRISTIAN BAUTISTA: I would want viewers to remember that this show offered a different blend to the word family. Even if sometimes tastes are different. Its uniqueness is memorable.

GABBI GARCIA: Yes, Direk Joel really helped when it comes to our working environment. Lahat kami professional at laging on time. And what I like about this group is that everybody is on their toes when it comes to work. Work is work talaga. Kaya walang issue.

SOPHIE ALBERT: I think nag-jive lang talaga kami. I feel we are all very chill and happy to be working together. Direk Joel is strict but we all appreciate the way he works and I think I can speak for everyone by saying that we will all really miss working under him.

KATRINA HALILI: Hindi naman sa takot, more of respect kay Direk Joel and sa senior actors. I think pag katrabaho mo yung mga veterans sa showbiz, irrelevant kasi sa kanila yung intriga, ang focus nila yung work and paano mapapaganda yung show. Mas importante yung samahan, yun ang long term kasi kahit after ng show madadala namin.

ROCCO NACINO: Well, isa na rin ang rason na takot kami sa kanya, kasi sama-sama kami nanatatakot sa kanya which makes it fun in a way. At the same time, nawawala na yung pagiging takot dahil nagagamay na namin si Direk kaya alam na namin na dapat behaved kami sa set at dapat alam na namin yung gagawin namin.

CHRISTIAN BAUTISTA: It started in the beginning. Direk Joel established his vision and his goals and his request that everyone works together for the good of the show. Everyone also really had the heart to connect with everyone at a level that is both friendly and professional. I would rephrase this question. It is not about takot. It is about respect.

GABBI GARCIA: Kahit anong mangyari, your parents will always be there to protect you.

SOPHIE ALBERT: I learned the importance of acceptance and that the love of family is like no other.

KATRINA HALILI: Iba-ibang klase ng family, yung iba maraming family and that’s normal to them, ang importante nagkakaintindihan, nagmamahalan. At the end of the day, family will always be your home.

ROCCO NACINO: That your family will always be your backbone.

CHRISTIAN BAUTISTA: The show teaches us that no matter how different we are, we should do our best to respect and love family.
