The air is getting a bit chilly this week and so TV5's 5MAX Movies bring viewers the perfect date movies—horror and romantic flicks that are sure to draw viewers closely together to scream and snuggle, including Dawn of the Dead, 50 First Dates, and Maid in Manhattan.

On Monday (December 8), a strange life form consumes everything in its path as it grows and grows in the horrific movie The Blob. Tuesday (December 9) brings viewers to the decrepit mansion surrounded by mystical forces in Skeleton Key, starring Kate Hudson as the stay-in nurse who doesn't have time for tales of black magic, until she believes and everything she fears becomes real.

A harrowing vision of a modern-day world where the walking dead roam a vast uninhabited wasteland will scare you to death in the movie Land of the Dead showing on Wednesday (December 10), back to back with Dawn of the Dead on Thursday (December 11), where dead people turn into flesh-eating zombies as a strange plague hits the world.

Laugh along and fall head over heels in the romantic comedy The Perfect Man on Friday (December 12), a story of a daughter who invents a perfect guy to be her mother's boyfriend starring Hillary Duff, Heather Locklear, and Chris Noth.

Nothing beats the first kiss as Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore fall in love over and over again in 50 First Dates. Adam Sandler plays Henry, a wildlife veterinarian who meets Lucy (Barrymore), a woman who has a short-term memory loss. Find out how Henry gets Lucy to fall in love every single day on Saturday (December 13).

Jennifer Lopez and Ralph Fiennes get caught in a romantic twist of fate in Maid in Manhattan, showing Sunday (December 14). Christopher (Fiennes) is handsome scion of an important political family who falls for a hotel maid, Marisa (Lopez), whom he thinks is a wealthy socialite.

Catch all these perfect date movies just in time for the cold season this week on 5MAX Movies, 9 p.m. on TV5.
