Tension rises in the final week of ABS-CBN's afternoon soap Kambal sa Uma.
"Hindi pa rin ako makapaniwala na matatapos na kami. Siguro pag nagpack-up na kami sa last taping day, malulungkot at maiiyak talaga ako," said Melissa Ricks in an interview after doing one of the last scenes of Kambal sa Uma.
"Nakakalungkot talaga. Kasi siyempre halos araw-araw na rin kami magkakasama.. sa puyatan.. sa pagod," shared Shaina Magdayao.
In the previous episode, Vira (Shaina Magdayao) and Jason Abalos found a CD
containing evidence that would prove Milagros (Rio Locsin) and Ella (Melissa
Ricks) are innocent of the crime that they are standing in trial for. Vira arrives
in the nick of time and declares that Celeste Ledezma (Gina Alajar) was the
person behind the explosion in the plant.
Celeste becomes desperate and takes out her gun to hostage a bystander. But, she is caught by the police and thrown into jail. Celeste is found guilty of arson, resulting to multiple homicide, illegal detention and frustrated murder.
As she is transferred to another location, her accomplice Leon (played by Jordan Herrera) dresses up as a policeman and lets her escape.
Now, Celeste is bent on revenge. The fight between Celeste and the Kambal Sa Uma (Vira and Ella) culminates in an abandoned perya that Celeste rigged with bombs.
Will the twins and Milagros (whom Celeste has taken hostage) be able to escape from Celeste's evil plan? Don't miss the final week of Kambal sa Uma, weekdays after Wowowee on ABS-CBN.
