ABS-CBN and ANC will air televised forum of Hillary Clinton, Nov 13


U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton (main) will participate in a televised forum on ABS-CBN that will be aired tomorrow, November 13. It will be moderated by (from left) news anchor Ricky Carandang, senior vice president for news and current affairs Maria Ressa and news anchor Pinky Webb.


The 67th United States Secretary of State arrived in the Philippines earlier today, November 12, for a brief visit. She is expected to leave for Singapore on Friday noon to attend the Asia Pacific Economic Conference.


Tomorrow morning (November 13), ABS-CBN will air Hillary Clinton: The Manila Forum An ABS-CBN Exclusive live on ANC (Skycable ch. 27) at 8 am and on ABS-CBN Channel 2 at 9 am.


This will mark the first time on Philippine TV history that a secretary of state will be holding a televised public forum.


ABS-CBN senior vice president for news and current affairs Maria Ressa and anchors Ricky Carandang and Pinky Webb will moderate the forum.


Tony Velasquez and Ces Drilon will be stationed in live points at Siliman University in Dumaguete and Ateneo de Zamboanga in Zamboanga City, where students will have the chance to ask Clinton questions on national and global issues.


Ted Failon and Cheche Lazaro, on the other hand, will anchor the coverage for ABS-CBN and ANC, respectively, from the ABS-CBN studios.
