Agua Bendita scores high on pilot episode

"Naku po, kung alam niyo lang kung gaano po ako kanerbyos. Pero nang malaman ko po na naging maganda naman po ang response ng tao, mas na-inspire ako sa trabaho. Siyempre, umpisa pa lang ito. More challenges are yet to come. Dapat ready parati," enthused Andi Eigenmann about the show Agua Bendita.

The newest show to join the primetime race, Agua Bendita, headed off with a good start as it earned a 37.7 rating on its pilot episode, according to the TNS nationwide survey results.

Lead star Andi Eigenmann, nervous since the said show is her biggest break to date, felt relieved and overwhelmed on learning that Agua Bendita topped the programs of ABS-CBN last Monday.

"Naku po, kung alam niyo lang kung gaano po ako kanerbyos. Pero nang malaman ko po na naging maganda naman po ang response ng tao, mas na-inspire ako sa trabaho. Siyempre, umpisa pa lang ito. More challenges are yet to come. Dapat ready parati," Andi explained.

Aside from the pressure and apprehensions, everything that is connected to the series Agua Bendita excites her. "Basta po activities or events po for Agua [Bendita], nae-excite po ako. Kahit yung mga production numbers ko po sa ASAP, which are part of Agua’s promotion, pinagiigihan ko po talaga."

In the forthcoming episodes, Marcial (John Estrada) hides Agua from reality upon seeing her unusual form, blinding Mercedes (Vina Morales) from her daughter’s true identity. Bendita, on the other hand, gets to live a normal life, clueless of her twin sister Agua.

How long can Marcial hide the truth from his wife Mercedes? Find out as the twins slowly face life separately on Agua Bendita on ABS-CBN after TV Patrol.
