Amy Perez tries acting this time in TV5’s Moomoo & Me

Face to Face’s Amy "Tyang Amy" Perez goes back to TV acting as she plays a homeless vagrant in TV5’s Moomoo & Me.

Amy Perez goes back to acting on TV with her first guesting on TV5’s fantasy-adventure show Moomoo & Me.

Far from her impressive hosting stint in Face to Face, Tiyang Amy once again proves her versatility as an artist and acts the character of Eleonor, a vagrant lady who strolls the streets for leftovers and lives in a make-shift shelter with her husband Victor (played by Leandor Baldemor). Behind every wander comes the story of a childless couple with a bitter past.

TIYANAK-HUNTING THIS TIME. Up for their next adventure, curious Junjun (Bj Forbes) tags his friends along with Santi, the cutie ghost who fills the absence of Oscar (John Prats), to investigate the mystery of a tiyanak (demon infant) on the loose.

To stop the tiyanak from terrorizing an abandoned house, the gang goes tiyanak-hunting. Their kiddie ghost-hunting trip brings them to Eleonor and Victor. The story gets even more thrilling when they met Carlo (Aaron Villaflor), a teenager whose troubled past could shed hints to the origin of the mysterious tiyanak.

BACKGROUND ON TIYANG AMY. Tiyang Amy started her career at a very young age in a hit sitcom in the ’80s. She has also appeared in various TV series and movies while getting hold of her talent in hosting. Her long overdue acting comeback on the fantasy show also marks her first acting stint in the Kapatid network.

What is the tiyanak up to? What could be her possible connection to Leonor? Join Junjun and the gang solve another mystery of "Ang Tiyanak sa Banga," packed with drama and adventure in Moomoo & Me this Thursday (July 29), 7:30-8:30 pm only on TV5.
