Pinoy K-Pop fanatics are in for a real treat as GMA Network airs the explosive concert of Korea’s hottest idol Kim Hyun Joong and pop boy group BEAST. The concert titled K-Pop Meets P-Pop will air this Sunday, September 19, on Sunday Night Box Office (SNBO).

K-Pop meets P-Pop features electrifying performances from Korean heartthrob Kim Hyun Joong and one of Korea’s most popular boy bands BEAST together with teen concert performers, XLR8 and the Pop Girls.

Kim Hyun Joong has already made a name for himself as the leader of the boyband SS501, numerous soap operas and sold-out concerts. BEAST, which means Boys of the East Standing Tall, has been enjoying great popularity not only in Seoul but also in different cities in Asia.

The concert boasts of back to back performances from these popular Korean performers. They showcased their glitzy dance moves in front of their legions of screaming and adoring fans at the Araneta Coliseum on June 19, 2010. Kim Hyun Joong is best known for his role as Yoon Ji Hoo in the popular Koreanovela Boys Over Flowers.
