Meet Ritz Alzul of TV5’s Star Factor

When asked to identify where she got her good looks, Ritz Alzul replied, "Sabi po nila may hitsura po yung tatay ko, may histura yung nanay ko. So parang genes nga po."

At four years old, Star Factor finalist Ritz Alzul wore high heels and walked like a beauty queen.

This is when her mother realized that Ritz may just grow up to be a beauty queen. For this reason, Ritz started joining pageants at an early age.

Now, the 16-year-old stunner is one of the 18 hopefuls who are competing to be the winner of Star Factor, TV5’s artista search. Ritz said she joined the contest because she feels she’s made to be an artista.

Ritz said she had just shot her first commercial before she auditioned for Star Factor.

For now, Ritz is focused on improving her craft.

Kaya, absorb lang ng absorb," she said.

Good thing her family helps her out.

The winner will get the P1 million cash, a contract with TV5 worth P1 million, and a 3-bedroom house and lot worth P3.7 million.

Hosted by Ruffa Gutierrez, Star Factor’s panel of judges is composed of veteran stage actor Audie Gemora, writer-director Joey Reyes, fashion photographer Raymund Isaac, composer and musical genius Ryan Cayabyab, and talent manager Annabelle Rama.

Reality artista search Star Factor airs every Sunday at 5:30 p.m., after Aksyon Weekend on TV5.
