Aira Bermudez is the second jury member of Survivor Philippines Celebrity Showdown

Aira Bermudez, the castaway dubbed asDance Goddess, was eliminated in the October 29 episode of Survivor Philippines Celebrity Showdown.

It was a close battle between Moi Marcampo and Michelle Madrigal in the latest immunity challenge of Survivor Philippines Celebrity Showdown. In the end, Moi emerged as the winner when she won the challenge that was a modified version of the game Uno Stacko.

After the challenge, Survivor Philippines host Richard Gutierrez had the chance to talk with the the castaways during the Tribal Council. He asked the general reaction of the group regarding Jon Hall’s elimination. Jon was perceived to be the group’s biggest "threat."

Akihiro Sato
, one of the group’s stronger participants replied, "I talked to Jon a lot....a little bit half-half. He’s very strong. He is the one who can be in the finals and win the game also. Sa tingin ko, we can become better friends...."

Ervic Vijandre pointed out, "Nado-dominate niya yung games, e.

Richard wanted to know who the group considers the biggest "threat" now that Jon is out of the game.

Aira Bermudez
admitted, "Para sa akin, si Akihiro. Si Akihiro and John are the same. Same personality nila kung paano maglaro..." To this, Akihiro disagreed by pointing out, "I don’t really think I am a threat...I just follow what the group decides..."

But for Solenn Heusaff, she also believed Aki posed the greatest threat. "He’s the strongest one...they just get up there really fast. They’re ahead of the game. But he’s not the threat...he’s being honest with everyone..."

On the other hand, Aubrey Miles thinks: "Siyempre sa girls, naadiyan si Mommy Elma [Muros] and sa guys...in a good way...sila ang strongest. So iba-iba...sa akin, lahat sila..."

Another question was addressed related to Jon, being a member of the jury who has the power to vote for the Ultimate Survivor. Do you think you can win Jon’s vote?

Moi Marcampo
wasn’t really sure what to say.

Aubrey said the same thing. "Di ko alam...binoto nila akong dalawa sa last Tribal council...nafeel nila na may start ako sa kanila ng threat which is just how we play it...whatever happens here, stays here...

Michelle, Jon’s girlfriend, hoped that she would earn the vote of the jury member.

Another question related to Jon and Michelle was asked. Are they ganging up on the solid alliance of Jon and Michelle?

Afterwards, Richard directed his question to Michelle on her feelings about Jon being part of the jury."When he gave me the bracelet, parang natapos. Nalungkot talaga ako...di naman ako strong player...feeling ko mas may chance siyang manalo pero baka pagkaisahan nila ako nito and parang ngayon, mas matapang ako."

Richard also tackled the group’s established alliances. He noticed that there are several alliances formed among the members. Aira said, "Di kami magkakaaway talaga," while Solenn affirmed that there are alliances within the tribe.

Aubrey
couldn’t determine the number of alliances formed. "Di ko pa matancha...di ko pa alam talaga...pinaghihirapan talaga yung alyansa. From the beginning, you have to work hard for it."

But Nanay Elma said matter of factly, "Mayroon pang nagaganap. Dalawang alyansa meron. She then admitted that she is part of the alliances.

Regarding the immunity challenge, Richard asked Moi her reaction about winning in this activity.

Moi
happily said, "Saya!

Michelle who came in second place and felt disappointed with the outcome. She was looking forward to winning the immunity necklace for her own protection since Jon is no longer around.

A rhetorical question was then posed: which is more important, winning the P3 million cash prize or having the honor of being the ultimate Survivor winner?

"Karangalan ng Survivor. P3 million, malaki ang maitutulong. Mas okay sa akin yung pera," was Aubrey’s honest reply.

Moi

Ervic became emotional with his reply.

When it was time to vote, Richard asked Aubrey if she wants to use her immunity bracelet; she declined and would rather use it in the next Tribal Council.

Each tribe member was asked to vote one by one. Richard read the results with Ervic earning two votes and Aira garnering five votes. And with finality, the host announced that Aira is the ninth castaway of Survivor Philippines Celebrity Showdown and the second member of the jury to join Jon Hall.

Aira
couldn’t hide her shocked expression about the turn of events. "Nagulat ako. Di ko makuha .... At least I’m happy na nagpatuloy ako sa Survivor... and good luck."
