David Archuleta says Jasmine Curtis-Smith and Eula Caballero "are both beautiful inside and out"

David Archuleta will star as Josh Bradley in the mini-series Nandito Ako. It will air on TV5 starting February 20, weekdays, after Wil Time Bigtime .

"Well, singing is something that’s just... it’s very constant," nakangiting sagot ng 21-year-old singer.

"You consistently give a song emotion.

"You kind of take it from the audience but most of the time, you give your emotion out to the people [and] you don’t feel what they give in return.

"But in acting, it’s pretty much interaction.

"You give your emotion and they give you their feelings like if they are sad or excited, looking in to their eyes and things like that.

"How you act is very much influenced by the other actors, that’s what very interesting in it."

WORKING WITH FILIPINOS.

Kuwento niya, "The lines I have in Tagalog is [sic] not too hard, they try to keep simple for me to say it.

"But it was a great chance for me, it really... it’s more of a challenging experience for me but it was a good exercise for me."

"They are both beautiful inside and out," komento ni David tungkol kina Jasmine at Eula.

"I think that’s the most impressive thing with them. Well, you know they’re different in their characters they’re playing in real lives.

"You know, they are both so kind.

"Jasmine has that Australian attitude in it and Eula has that Filipino attitude.

"But what’s been great is that neither has that ego, no, they are both going around the set and speak to the people, to the security, the PAs, it’s been really nice to see that, and it’s nice to see them being that mature and respectful to other people."

Ani David, "I had such a great time with TV5. I really just loved it they did so... they’re accommodating, respectful of the needs that I have or any concern.

"It’s very easy working with them.

"Part of that is they taught me hospitality; they make me feel at home with the people I work with.

"So, I’d definitely... I’d love to go back to the Philippines.

"I’m not much of an actor, but looking back and going through it each day, it’s so worth it, this is so worth the experience."

THE STORY.

Inilarawan ni David ang kanyang karakter: "He’s an international artist who is actually half Filipino.

"He’s someone who got separated from his mom.

"He’s someone very caring, he feels kind of alone while growing up, and he didn’t have that kind of intimacy that he tried to look for.

"So in this series Nandito Ako, he talks about that journey in finding that, and he meets some pretty awesome people along the way."
